Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking a place on an Impact Route Setting Course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

• Course spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• For 1 day courses, refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 14 days before the course start date.

• For courses that are over multiple days, or a week, refunds are only available for cancellations made at least one month before the course start date.

• Cancellations made after the notice window are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours before the course starts.

 

3. Course Changes & Cancellations by Imapct

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, instructor availability, or venue issues).

• In the event of a cancellation, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date.

• Imapct is not responsible for any additional costs incurred (e.g., travel or accommodation).
