Ongoing Support: After your on-set mentoring, your team will receive exclusive email access to our mentors. This ensures you can ask questions and get continued support beyond the initial training.
Optional Audits: Choose to have a comprehensive audit of your route-setting operations, including health & safety procedures, management practices, and budget efficiency. We’ll help you enhance operations, save money, and optimize your systems.

Growth Program: 2 mentoring/route setting days a year (for up to three staff) plus on-going support for the whole year. Plus 2 full sets of high quality boulders or routes for your wall and features on our instagram.

Premium Program: 4 mentoring/route setting days a year (for up to three staff) plus ongoing support for the whole year and a full audit of your route setting operation. Plus 4 full sets of high quality boulders or routes for your wall plus features on our instagram.
